Want to lose 9 lbs in 11 days? It is actually possible, despite what "experts" may say. Many people are losing weight, and losing it fast. It's due to a new concept called calorie shifting, the secret in the very popular FatLoss4Idiots program. Interestingly, this type of dieting doesn't require that the dieter go hungry. In fact, you won't feel hungry when you shouldn't!
Feeling hungry during a diet is often a major reason to quitting a diet. After eating more than your fair share, it's hard to imagine and even stomach the idea of cutting down what you eat to maybe a quarter or so of what you used to eat.
