In our software the tenancy manager screen splits in two so you can see at a glance in the bottom half of the screen all of the tenants that have been created in the system, while in the top half you you can enter all the details about each tenant such as rent payments and schedule. Click on any name in the bottom half of the screen and these details will pop up.

Another exciting feature that demonstrates the functionality of this landlord software is the fact that you can choose to sort your list of tenants in different ways depending on why you are accessing the information. So as well as sorting by name you can sort the list by rental amount or end date of tenancy. This is very useful when you are planning how to keep continuity of tenants in your property, after all an empty property is money out of your pocket.
