Each piece of the training material can be related differently to other pieces of information and have a drill down path to create a different context applicable to the needs of the knowledge worker accessing the information.

Creation of "Knowledge Nuggets"

Small snippets of information, reusable with multiple additional relevant pieces of information to gain complete context, are called Knowledge Nuggets. For example, a single screen for Change Notices may be used in several places with different links creating a different context. The underlying relational model of iTEACH, allows for one change, and cascades through the whole system.

Collaborative Approach
