While you certainly can find a home on the Internet, doing all the required research to make sure it is right for you can amount to a considerable block of time and work. Agents often lend buyers an air of credibility. Most sellers will take buyers much more seriously if they have an agent. It signals that the buyers are serious about a home purchase.
