The Smooth 7.6 Treadmill model is a well built treadmill, and one that is going to have its fans. There is a wireless heart rate monitor included which not only easily allows you to keep track of how hard you are working out, but it can also be set to automatically adjust the speed and intensity of the treadmill settings in order to keep you in your target heart range.



This is a great feature, so if your goal is to work out at a certain heart rate as opposed to speed or distance, it's easier than ever to get exactly the type of workout that you want without worrying about having to pace it yourself. In addition to this, if you don't like the chest belt than you can just grip the handle bars on the side to also get an indication of your current heart rate.

Another "small" feature that might not seem like much, but is huge on the convenience factor, is that you can actually store the fitness data for several different users on this machine. This means you only need to load a pre set profile instead of actually manually punching in age, gender, weight, and target heart rate every single time you decide to work out again.

This is a huge time saver, and a really nice bit of convenience. The Smooth 7.6 Treadmill also comes with all the basic features that would be expected from a treadmill coming from the Smooth line.

As a note of warning for some possible cons, however: this is a full sized treadmill, weighing around 300 lbs. It folds up a little, but is not a compact fold up and it will take up space. So if you don't have a place for a full sized treadmill, you should look at a smaller model, otherwise the Smooth 7.6 Treadmill could be just what you're looking for.
