The South Beach Diet is one of the three top diets in the world. Normal people like you begin with this



diet on a daily basis. They have decided that they are tired of being overweight and are finally going to do something about it. You too can have a better life with the South Beach Diet.

The South Beach Diet is a diet plan that was started by a Miami, Florida cardiologist named Arthur Agatston. This diet relies on eating good carbs and good fats. The whole basis is to teach you which

are good and bad. Most of the people who choose this diet plan loose between 5 and 15 pounds in the first two weeks. You could be the next one to lose a few pounds.

In the beginning for the first two weeks you eat very little carbs. You eat normal helpings of food with all your meals. Deserts are also allowed. Snacks are a positive benefit.

Coffee and Tea are ok also.

A normal breakfast is eggs and bacon.

Lunch can be a salad with grilled chicken.

Dinner will be a lean meat with vegetables.

Not too bad for saying that you are on a diet now. And you can eat like a normal person and not

starve yourself to death. And it appears that it is one of the healthiest decisions you have made in a long time.

And then after that you begin to add carbs back in to your diet that will not cause you to gain any weight. You learn what the good fats are and the good carbs so you end up loosing weight, lowering your cholesterol, reducing heart disease problem, and you get rid of the cravings for junk food without feeling hungry all the time. You will be the one who decides on the carbs that cause you to gain weight.

You will add them a couple at a time and see what the results are. No two people are alike and what works for one may not work for another. Your weight lose will not be from eating less and starving yourself it will be from eating the right carbs and the good fats that your body can cope with. And even though you will be on a diet you will be able to enjoy the foods that you love. You will have to pick and choose the foods that you enjoy. You will probably not be able to have all of them but on a limited basis you will be able to enjoy them.

Vitamins are good thing to take daily. Drink lots of water every chance you can and you are on your way to the healthiest that you have been in years.

The South Beach Diet is more that just a diet. It is a way of life. You will see things differently after you have been eating the way that makes you feel good and the way that takes care of your body to prevent all the medical problems that you may have from being overweight. You can begin your new way of life as early as tomorrow.
