In this case the decoct is made up of two spoons of roots boiled in one cup of water for 15 minutes.

The juice made up from dandelion leaves is very useful in cases of constipation and it can increase the biliary secretion. Increasing the biliary secretion can cause the change of metabolism. The dandelion juice is a powerful tonic for a lazy liver caused by the consumption of alcohol or severe diet.
