• Make specific diets for each person.

• Recommend and avoid injuries caused by exercise.

As you can see the personal trainers are highly trained people, who through their work are improving the lives of people who have little time for other activities such as making relax or exercise. At present the personal trainer have also developed some practices such as group work sessions, this consists of doing a session of exercise usually elongation, with a specified number of people, in a certain way is to take a workout to any place.

"    Level 3/ Top level: Very few are able to reach the top level of the physical fitness hierarchy.  Elite athletes often spend their entire lifetime aiming to reach the very top level. The top level of physical fitness tends to mesh physiology and psychology.  In order to reach the top level of physical fitness one must reach their full potential.
