The bottom line for so many people in these "credit crunch" times is that they need more money. They need a way to earn extra cash around their current job or situation, and they also do not have a lot of money to invest in anything let alone start a new business. So welcome to the world of Network Marketing (also known as Multi Level Marketing or MLM) where you can start a business for under ?200, fit it around your job, work 5-10 hours extra a week and earn an extra income Online or Offline. Well as long as you go about it the right way that is.
Now for those of you who know the MLM or Network Marketing Industry you will be only too aware of the struggles you can face. The "you get 3 who get 3 who get 3" plan to wealth seems on the surface to be a great and dare I say it an "easy" plan to follow. I remember when I first went to an MLM meeting for the company and I got caught up in the hype of the day and also the ease at which I thought this plan could be executed. I remember nearly wetting myself at one point because I was so excited. (I didn't really, I am only kidding). But I was a bit manic for a few days after. I went to family gatherings and emailed friends and started preaching to them that they really should get in on this as it was so simple and we could all get rich together and live happily ever after, amen. Well not quite but that's another story.
Now the issue's with an MLM / Network Marketing Business here in the UK are aplenty. There is a lot to consider and so many things could possibly happen, but certain things seldom do here in the UK. Lets' focus on what could happen if you had an MLM home business: Advertising is so expensive now on and offline that it is hard to get customers. You have no money at all for advertising so you really are stuck. You are in debt already and cannot get into anymore. People in your downline could see another opportunity and take their whole team with them to another company and wipe out your income. You may be in a rigid training system that does not help your team because it is to rigid and inflexible to adapt to personalities You may spend too much money on unnecessary training tools and websites and be losing money before you even get started. Too much focus is on recruiting and not on retailing so you build a team on quicksand and Your new recruits quit because they get frustrated at the difficulty in getting results. You new recruits are lazy. This does happen quite a bit but there is a way to not waste your time with this type of person. Read on captain.
Ok, so you get the picture that there are some obstacles as there are with any business on the planet. Any business can go wrong at any time and the residual income could go if it all went wrong. So you need to do your due diligence and Investigate The Opportunity, Training and the MLM company. Here are some pointers of what I would look for if it were me. Find a Good MLM company that has a long track record of excellence in its management. Find a company with excellent products or services that you would be happy to use and recommend. Consumable products or services are good for repeat business month after month from the same customer. Find a company that has never missed a payment to it's distributors. Find a company with current growth and stability. Find a company that does not have any history of distributors doing the un-ethical act of taking their team to another MLM company. This would show a good loyalty to the company and show the threat of this happening is possible but extremely remote.
Now one huge factor is the training. It must be good and it must be Free. Whether you are looking to just make a small additional income or are looking for that "leave your job" money then why would you want to pay for your training in your new home business when there are so many opportunities that give it to you for Free. If you are under-funded then this is a must for you.
Then with that done you need a good sponsor. So off you go to find a distributor with that company to sponsor you in and train you. And here is what you will really need to know to decide is this the person or "system" (I use this term loosely) for . How Long has the person been in the MLM industry? If it is not at least 3 months then hit the road Jack. Is their initial training with me going to focus on Retailing or Recruiting. If they say recruiting, run for the hills. Make sure their Training Program / Training Website is Free. Does their Free Training Include the Following Absolute essentials for success? The Most Important one 1st: Is The Training Multi Media? Does It Have Every Lesson In Each Of The Formats So It Covers All The Ways In Which Each Individual Learns?
? Visual - Audio - Written
? Is This Training Free To The Infinite Downline?
? Can You Get Your Own Website For Free?
? How To Sell Products and services Online
? How to Advertise For Free Online
? How To Do Paid Advertising Safely
? How To Look After Your Customers
? How To Do Internet Marketing For Free
? How To Do Marketing
? How To Sell
? How To Manage Finances
? How To Improve Your Self With Personal Development ? How To Have Fun
? How To prepare Yourself For Success
Don't pay any other fees other than the company joining fee which, in most cases in the UK, is ?200 or under by law. Make sure the training will suit your style as it is no good being a visual person if the training is all on the phone or via written emails. Of Course if it is a multi media training then it will be ok for you as it has all the options.
So there are a number of pointers for you to look over when deciding on your UK mlm home business but at least by going through these details you give yourself more chance of success.

The Cup Of Tea
Advertising and printing go hand in hand. It seems that one cannot do without the other. Whenever advertising is mentioned, printing follows close behind and vice versa. Over the years, printed brochures, business cards, postcards, flyers and posters have shown their effectiveness as mediums for advertising.
But then, before all these can work, there are still some things to consider so that the money you will spend will not go to waste when it comes to having an effective advertising campaign.
In terms of the printing process to be used, below are some of the things that should be given importance.
1. The layout.
Every printing job should have a layout plan because this is where all your specifications are found. The result of the printing job will be based upon the layout that you will give. Most people choose to have their own layout in order for their prints to have a unique quality.
Printers can assist you in the layout planning. They are also capable of suggesting things that will make your prints better. If you are not up to making your own layout, you can get the services of the printing professionals to do it for you.
2. The content.
Readers have the tendency to judge by from appearances. Once they see something that will attract their attention, they will definitely read it.
That is why a good design is vital for your print jobs. It goes the same with contents. Since the design is only meant to get their attention, the next thing you need to do is hold it through the contents that you will write.
Keep in mind that it is the content that can gain their trust on you. People only want the best. By showing them you are the best, you will have a client and a customer that will remain loyal to you.
3. The specification.
Once all of these things are at hand, you are now ready to have them printed. If you have already chosen the printer that will do it, you need to be specific on how you want your materials printed.
Do not hesitate to point out what you want and what you do not want done. The success of your print job will depend on the understanding that you have with your printer.
Bear in mind that printers are not perfect. But if you have chosen the best printer out there capable of considering the things mentioned above, than you can have the service that is close to perfect.
