Villages
The town of Celebration is broken down into several ?villages,? or neighborhoods, each with its own character. Selecting the village that is right for you depends on your personal criteria. Do you want to be in the midst of the downtown hustle and bustle, or do you prefer a quieter, woodsy atmosphere? Do you want to be near recreation areas or to your children's school? Is being close to shopping or expressways important to you? All of these are factors to consider when deciding which part of Celebration might be your best choice prices range from $200k to $6+ million.
Below is a brief description of each village, its location, and amenities. This information is meant as a general guide only
Celebration Village is the original village. It encompasses the downtown area and consists of 351 home sites. It has a ?home business? district in addition to residential areas. There are many condos downtown, including the spaces above the shops, and a new condo development is under construction on former parking lots. Downtown features a large, heated neighborhood pool at Lakeside Park, which also has basketball courts and a volunteer library. It is close to downtown, Lakeside Park, and the elementary school.
West Village is the second village, bordered by the Celebration Golf Course and the elementary school. It has 95 homes, mixed between Cottage, Village, and Estate Homes. It is in close proximity to the downtown area, the K-8 school, and the golf course.
Lake Evalyn is the third village, located just past the downtown area, on the left hand side of Celebration Avenue. It is populated by mainly Garden homes, although Village and Cottage Homes can be found among its 59 homesites. There are lake views from many of the homes and it is close to downtown and the K-8 school.
North Village is the fourth village, located closest to the 192 entrance to Celebration. When entering town on Celebration Avenue, simply stay to your left and make a left hand turn once you have passed 417. This village has 367 homes in various styles, as well as townhomes and condos. It features a neighborhood pool and park/pavillion area and has? easy access to 192, 417, and I-4.
South Village the fifth village, with 552 homes. It is just past the downtown area, on the right hand side of Celebration Avenue. In addition to the home types in the previous villages, it also has Bungalows and condos ("Terrace Homes," in Celebration-speak). In this area, you will find Spring Park, which features a large neighborhood pool, playground, and clubhouse.
Roseville Corner is a small, 99 home section dominated by free-standing and attached Bungalow homes. It is located on the left side of Celebration Avenue, just before the entrance to Artisan Park. The area has many lovely rose bushes.
East Village is just past the downtown area, on the left hand side of Celebration Avenue. It features 387 homes in a variety of types, including town homes and condominiums. It has a small neighborhood pool and tot lot.
Aquila Reserve is the last village to be developed by The Celebration Company. It is located behind East Village, with 78 homes. It features a variety of home types, including Manor homes, but no condominiums or town homes. It does not have its own neighborhood pool.? It is surrounded by beautiful wooded areas and reserve views.
Artisan Park, the newest area of Celebration, is located at the end of Celebration Avenue. Unlike the other neighborhoods, it is being developed by Arvida, a St. Joe company, rather than The Celebration Company. It will have 300 single family homes, 50 townhomes, and 300 condos. The Artisan Park Clubhouse includes a pool, gym, locker rooms, restaurant, meeting rooms, and outdoor kitchen and has been designated to be used exclusively by the residents of Artisan Park and their guests.

Town Of Ajax Jobs
In fact, about 83% of Maui's visitor population (2 million people), visit the town of Lahaina annually.
Lahaina is known for having quite a history that has led to a diverse cultural population. Over one thousand years ago, Polynesian settlers came to the town of Lahaina to build a home. The area was perfect as it offered numerous freshwater streams, fertile soil, beautiful weather, and pristine valleys. The area is still as beautiful today as it was back then. At least 18,000 people call the town of Lahaina home on a full-time basis. Millions more visit the area each year.
The scenery and the entertaining options are what keep people coming into Lahaina each year. From the colorful waterfront to the world-famous Front Street, it is easy to see why this area of Hawaii is as popular as it is. You will find plenty to do and see when visiting the town of Lahaina. Below are a few of the most popular options.
Jodo Mission
The town of Lahaina is home to the Jodo Mission, the largest Buddhist community outside of Japan. Located against the splendid West Maui Mountains, the Jodo Mission offers a temple, a bell tower, pagodas, and a small park where a statue of Buddha is located. This is one of Lahaina's busiest attractions.
Lahaina Hongwanji Mission
The Hongwanji Mission was built in 1910 and was originally a temple and a small school. Today, the Mission shows off the history of the Japanese community in Lahaina. The temple at Hongwanji is home to the annual August O-Bon Dance. This dance offers a celebration of life and death, thousands of candles, and the pounding of rhythmic drums.
Moku'ulu-o-Lele
Located on Front Street in the Downtown area of Lahaina, is Moku'ula, one of the most historic parts of the island. Moku'ula is a small island that eventually became a park. Around the island was a set of sacred ponds (Mokuhinia). This spot has been home to giant lizards, Maui Chiefs, and Kamehameha Kings. After the 1900's, the area was turned into a park. Today, some of the ponds and other historical artifacts are being unearthed in a restoration project.
Old Fort Walls of Lahaina
The Old Fort Walls are the last of ruins of a fort that once stood near the courthouse and overlooking the now defunct canals in Lahaina. The fort was originally created to help protect the town of Lahaina. Canons had been shot at Reverend Richard's home when he convinced the King to ban women from the ships that would come into the area. Visitors that would come to the area assumed the fort was for aesthetics and not for protection. Eventually, the fort was torn down and provided bricks to the area prison. The old ruins that were once part of the fort walls are all that remain.
Other points of interest in the town of Lahaina include:
Carthaginian Floating Museum
Lahaina Lighthouse
Luakini Street
Brick Palace
Masters Reading Room
Seamen's Cemetery
Pioneer Inn
Wo Hing Temple
These are just a few of the places to visit in the town of Lahaina during your vacation on the beautiful island of Maui.
