Have you considered taking a cruise holiday but think you'll be bored after a few days of being on a ship? You might even wonder why people choose to be "stuck" with a bunch of other tourists. If you're vacationing with kids then there are plenty of things to keep them occupied. Apart from the pool and deck activities there are also classes and arcades. You can enjoy family time together at the pool or give yourself alone time and let them explore on your own. If you're traveling with very young children then many cruise lines offer day care so you have time to enjoy the ships entertainment.

Visit a cruise line's website and you'll see all of the activities that are available. Websites have cruise itineraries and maps of their ships so you can research which cruise is best for you.

And then remember there are exciting ports of call that will sure to be fun and entertaining. The ship will have information on your ports of call so you can plan your excursion. They can even arrange tours and activities prior to arriving at the port.

With all of the options available, you won't be bored. In fact, you will probably get frustrated that you can't do everything you want!
