If you want to dramatically improve your skin and transform your health your daily eating should look something like this:
Dinner
Dinner is a mixture of 50% raw and 50% grain. By the way you may swap lunch for dinner if you so wish.
Choose any grain such as brown rice or Kaska. Add some stir fried vegetables or steamed vegetables. You may also wish to include some lentil of split peas.
Water
It is very important that you consume at least 1.5 litres of water each day.
Start off by drinking a couple of cups of warm water when you awake in the morning.
Then drink more during the day ensuring that you leave at least 30 minutes before a main meal and 2 hours after.
The reason for this is that water dilutes your digestive juices and you need all the digestive help you can get at present.
I like to carry a 1.5 litre bottle of water with me every day and I don't stop drinking it until its all gone.
By following this eating plan you will begin to see a marked difference in the health of your eczema skin and in your well being too.
