However, before signing up for any affiliate programs, always do your own research to find out which products are most popular. A product with a conversion rate of 5% is good enough since this translates to 5 sales per 100 visitors.

2. Create your own Website

The best way to promote an affiliate program's product or service is through your own website. Why? Websites are available 24/7! Nowadays, creating your own website to promote your affiliate programs is easy. An eBook is the "online" version of a "offline" book. It contains information on a specific niche aka topic. eBooks come is several varieties two of the popular being PLR private label rights and MMR master resell rights.

MMR: Means someone created a product and you have the right to resell the product and keep 100% of the profit.

PLR: Means someone created a product and you have the right to resell the product and keep 100% of the profit but you can also edit it. You can put your name on it add or delete text.

PLR products are a gold mine if you want to make money on eBay. You can find FREE PLR products by doing a search on Google for free plr or something similar to that.

What you want to do is find about 20 or some PLR articles and use them to create your own product. In this case you will be creating an eBook to sell and make money on eBay.

For instance let's assume you have just found a website that is offering you PLR's to 20 articles about how to make money on eBay. You are going to read through all these articles then create your own "eBook" using the content from the articles.

When you sell information products on eBay you want to have you eBook available for download in a PDF format or file. Don't worry this is easy peasy to do.

Go to Google and type in "Free PDF software" the first several results that pop up are links to websites that offer free PDF software!

Let's take a running total of what you have spent so far 75.00 for the... no wait ZERO dollars! You haven't spent one read cent yet and you are well on your way to making money on eBay.

Back to the topic on hand take your "eBook" that you have written and paste it into your free PDF creator tool. Make sure you add your name as the author so you look like you know whats going on when people read your eBook.

Now this is where I might loose you a little bit. I am going to side track here for a second and tell you a couple other ways you can make money on eBay with your eBook before you finish creating it.

The topic of our eBook was about how to make money on eBay. We are going to find an affiliate program that has a product that relates in some way to making money or making money on eBay. To do this all we have to do is visit a website called Click Bank.

Once you get there go ahead and register an account. Then at the top of the page you will see a link called "Market Place". This is a market place of products on various niches. Go ahead and type in make money on eBay or make money, something along those lines.

What pops up? Do you see a product that would go good with what you are selling? I am sure you do because there are tons of great information products on clickbank.

Now all you have to do is use your Click Bank ID to create an affiliate link. Now what you will do with this affiliate link is work it into YOUR eBook

somewhere.

Let's say someone reads your eBook about how to "make money on eBay". While reading it they come across a link to a great product that could really help them make money on eBay.

They go ahead and purchase this product and guess what - you just got paid a commission for selling that product! You can even add a few affiliate links in your eBook just don't go over board.

Package that eBook up nice and pretty with your PDF software and you are ready to make money on eBay yourself!

You now have the option of choosing your selling price. You can choose to sell it for what you think it is worth or you can "under sell" it and charge a fraction of what it should cost.

Why would you do this?

Think about it. You sell 500 copies of your eBook for 1.00 dollar verse 50 copies for 20.00 dollars. I can guarantee you will make more money selling it at

1.00 dollar because that is 500 eyes in your eBook. That's 500 people that may not only purchase your eBook but purchase one of the items you are selling through your affiliate link!

Here it gets even better. You can offer MMR or master resell rights to your eBook and let other people promote your affiliate products for you! You have people selling your eBook with your affiliate link in it while you sit back and collect the affiliate check!

This is easy money baby. This is just one very simple method you can utilize to make money on eBay.
