It comes in the form of a video game. It burns calories. It even improves cardiovascular health. And it may help fight obesity in both children and adults. The game is called Dance Dance Revolution and the West Virginia Public Employees Insurance Agency is using it in their obesity study.
The home-version includes a console, dance pad and software. The dance pad is a 3-foot square metal pad with arrows pointing up, down, right and left.
