He is young, handsome and ambitious and involved with his woman-employer that is you. He doesn't want you to be seen because this is not ''proper'' (he does not want the other employers to know why he gets promotions and salary bonuses) and he tells you constantly how much he can help you as co-worker. He suggests in a subtle way that he needs a raise and asks about promotions, when, based on what...etc
