One of Apples latest gadgets, the iPod Touch, was released September 2007. It is in fact one of the greatest devices to date. The iPod is like a combination of iPhone and iPod Nano, only much lighter and thinner.
The iPod Touch 8 GB has many great features, including a memory capacity of 8 GB, which holds over 2,000 songs, a 3.5" color screen display, MP3, AIFF, WAV, AAC, audio support and MPEG-4 video support, USB 2.0, headphone jack, and Wi Fi.
The iPod Touch lasts for up to twenty hours off a single charge. You can then recharge it using wall charger or your USB cable. It lasts this long because it comes with an internal lithium battery.
It is like a portable laptop. The screen is lovely to use. You can use it to view videos, photos and the web whilst you're on the move. Just connect to any available wifi connection to get online.
With the built in WiFi support the iPod Touch allows you to get on the web whenever you are near a WiFi connection. You can use it to email people and check Facebook and Youtube. It is a portable laptop. It usees the Safari browser. Using the iPod Touch you can surf the internet whenever and wherever you are.
On the old iPod Touch the volume control wasn't a physical button. This made turning the volume up and down a pain in the arse. On the new iPod Touch there is a volume button located o nthe side. You will be able to turn up and down the volume easily!
Use a pinch movement to zoom in and out of your photos. this is just one example of how intuitive the interface of the iPod Touch is. You can literally scroll through your songs with the cover flow. It really is a virtual music collection.
Also important to note is the audio quality. The sound quality of the iPod Touch 8 GB is much clearer and superior to previous iPod models. However you wish to customize the sound and the bass, you will be pleased to hear good quality audio coming through your ears.
