I wanted to take the time to share with you a few methods for fast and natural muscle building. I've been doing this for almost a decade and I realized one important thing; everything we know is wrong. There is just so much misinformation out there with regards to our body and training it that we just never get anything done. This is why people try to put on muscle and fail. This is why people try to lose weight and fail. There is just no accurate information out there in the mainstream, it's just all misinformation. I'm going to share a few things I learned that work.
Your diet is essentially the fuel that builds the muscles. If you don't have the proper diet, than it doesn't matter how great you are in the gym, it's going to be all for nothing. To have terrific results, requires a terrific diet. The surprising thing is that you can have a great diet and a poor workout ethic and still have great results. I think the best thing you can do with your diet is cut out all the processed foods and just get back to eating real things with no chemicals or other preservatives.
As for your workout, I see people making a lot of mistakes and doing things wrong. There is one reason muscles grow and grow fast; INTENSITY. If you're intense, you put a lot of stress on your body, which requires muscles to adapt and grow. This doesn't mean you have to have long workout either. I have a short 7 minute intense workout.
