If you jump into their routines without conditioning your body, you'll surely end up over-trained and injured.
As a beginner, your immediate need is limited to recovery, which is a term used by health experts to refer to all things related to conditioning, including enough rest, adequate sleep, and the proper diet. Muscles grow not during workout sessions but during rest periods, so keep your body workouts to three times a week when you start, focusing on intensity and not gym time. Make sure to get eight hours of sleep at night and take 15-minute power naps after your workout sessions if you can. Avoid dehydration at all cost, so drink 10 to 12 glasses of water a day. Finally, keep your body strong and lean by eating whole foods and not skipping out on meals.

Eating whole foods 90% of the time will help you receive lower body fat, allowing your muscles to show clearer. Plus, all the vitamins and minerals you get from whole foods assists in recovery. Whole foods include proteins (meat, fish, poultry, egg, milk), carbs (whole grains, brown rice, pasta), fruits (apple, orange, banana), vegetables (broccoli, spinach, tomato), and fats (real butter, fish oil, olive oil, nuts, flax seeds).
Finally, this fitness advice tells you to stay away from machines. You can perform exercises without using any equipment and enjoy better results. Machines are a usual cause of injury, not to mention expensive. Perform simple exercises at first and switch to a more aggressive, complex workout as you move on. The proper diet and regular exercise are still the best combination that can make a fit and healthy you.
