Cold water creates thermogenesis (fat burning). I'm not going to bore you and say to drink 8 glasses of cold water (it does help), but instead I want you to use your shower... WITHOUT having to take a complete cold shower. I know taking a cold shower is out of the question for most people. I don't blame ya. I remember back to college when we had to suffer with cold showers in our dorms for a week. Brrr! Torture. So take your normal shower. But once you're done, this then use cold water. You only need to use it for 15 seconds. Yep... it is torture, but COME ON, it's only 15 seconds and it's going to help you lose stomach inches fast.
You probably never heard of that name before, but you're familiar with the exercise. It's merely sucking in your stomach and holding it. Just 1 thing... when doing this, suck in and hold your belly button... the lower belly. I'm sure you've sucked in your belly before, but you probably sucked in the upper part. Don't focus on that with this exercise. Anyway, you can suck in and hold your stomach for 15-30 seconds at a time, rest a few seconds, then repeat for 5 minutes. You can also spread it out during the day. I use tv commercials personally.

The first way to do this is to maintain a healthy diet: no more fast or fried food, avoid sugary beverages and candy. Stick to fruit and vegetables. For a fast fat burning 10 minute workout, this is how you would set the treadmill: When you begin, start off with a speed of 3.0 and set the incline to 4.0. Then, after the first 3 minutes, increase the incline by 2 to 6.0, then once you've reached 6 minutes, increase the incline by 2 again to 8.0, and finally wait until you are at 9 minutes and then increase it to 12.0 for the final minute to reach 10 minutes. Trust me, you will be sweating....a lot!!
Change your lifestyle. Losing inches off your waist is not something that can be done in a few days. There are some diet plans that will tell you they can give you secrets to losing inches from your waist in five minutes, but the truth is, if you are serious about getting healthy, it will take time and effort and you will have to commit to eating better and exercising more.
