How To Get Rid Of Man Breasts Fast

If you're suffering from man boobs, I understand your frustration: they're socially embarrassing, unattractive to women, and just make you feel bad. You can't wear thin shirts, or even t-shirts sometimes, and you feel like you shouldn't have to put up with this, it just shouldn't have happened. Well, regardless of why you've got them (there's 3 different possible explanations), they can be gotten rid of, and that's what we're going to cover now.
There's three different reasons that you could have man boobs:
1. You're a teenager suffering from hormone fluctuations thereby throwing your testosterone to estrogen balance out of whack and causing those man boobs, in which case you've got nothing to worry about as they'll be gone in a few months or years, at worse.
2. You're overweight and have excess bodyfat that's being stored on your chest. We're going to cover precisely how to deal with that in this article.
3. You're suffering from gynecomastia which is caused by hormone fluctuations similar to what happens during puberty except you're much older than that and therefore that can't be it. I've got a link at the bottom to a site that has an all-natural remedy for treating this situation.
Alright, here's a few tips for you that will help you regardless of the reason you've got man boobs, although it's most effective if they're caused by excess bodyfat as opposed to hormone fluctuations:
1. Diet. This is the most important one. Really, instead of making it complicated and counting calories let's make this simple and I'll tell you exactly what worked for me: just watch out for the portion sizes of your food, stop eating as soon as you're satisfied (not full), and try to stick to around a 40/40/20 ratio of protein/carbohydrates (complex)/fat.
2. Strength Training. This is excellent not only because it builds up the muscle in your chest but also because it burns calories at the same time, AND putting that extra muscle on causes your metabolism to increase over time due to the increased muscle mass and the fact that muscle, pound for pound, burns more calories than fat does. Definitely do the bench presses and all that stuff for your chest, but also give the rest of your body a good workout. Remember, the more you do the more calories you burn and the more calories you burn the faster the fat loss.
3. Aerobic Exercise. This one is really great for just burning off layer after layer of fat. I will tell you a little secret that's so very important: don't start off hard! Too many people who haven't exercised in a long time start off trying to do exercise that's much too hard for them and also doing it much too often. Just start of with some light walking for about 20 minutes twice a week and work up from there.
