First create a new document after open the Photoshop software and save the new document as antique gold or antique silver text or textual effect.
You can use the color mode RGB for the new document. Now in this new document fill the color with color code # FCEE51. In the layer fill the color by pressing Alt+Backspace.
Now lets add some filter, Select Menu bar Filters and then Noise and Add Noise.
Play with the amount percentage and keep the distribution uniform.
Now to make the image spotty lets add some spots. Select the Filters then Sketch and then Reticulation. Choose fore ground level at 50. This will add some black spot in your text.
