Best Way To Lose Inches
Peter Finch
There are billions of smokers out there who have made a resolve to stop smoking, but do not know where to begin. For a smoker who is planning to quit, the situation is very confounding. There are scores of methods out there, and the problem to choose one method out of them and stick with it is immense. Which, then, would be the best way to stop smoking? It is not surprising if a smoker gets intimidated by some of the strict regimens to stop smoking, and gives up the determination to quit.
There is quite a lot of bad press about most of the popular quit smoking methods such as the nicotine replacement therapy. Many doctors prescribe these methods to smokers who approach them. But are they really the best way to stop smoking? That is doubtful. Experts are skeptical about how nicotine can be used to wean away a nicotine addiction. There may be theories like nicotine supplementation can actually mitigate the possibility of the other harmful substances in the cigarette, but it is very true that nicotine supplementation has a low success rate all over the world. There might be some good results in the early stages of using nicotine replacement, but it is never guaranteed that there will be permanent relief from the addiction.
Medical help often fails in smoke cessation. The most doctors would do - apart from nicotine replacement therapy - is put the smoker on antidepressants. This could backfire in a major way. Some antidepressants are addictive also. It might happen that you lose your craving for the cigarette, but get hooked onto the antidepressants. Even the fact that these antidepressants need to be continued for a long time could be a big deterrent in making this the best way to stop smoking.
In conclusion, we can say that most of the popular methods for smoke cessation being used today fail miserably in serving their purpose. There may be initial positive results, but they do not work for the long time. Or there could be side-effects. It could very well happen that the cigarette addiction may not go at all, and instead the therapies themselves could bring in additional health problems. So, the search for the best way to stop smoking continues.
But there is a very sure place where this search ends. Most smokers are accordant with the fact that herbal stop smoking remedies are by far the best way to stop smoking. The reason why this method has not become so popular is that medical science is still doing research on them, and while they have not yet been able to find anything incriminating about them yet, they are not so sure to bring in something for competition. However, it is known to all that herbal remedies are totally safe and natural, and have been used in several civilizations since millennia. That, in itself, indicates how powerful they are as a therapeutic measure.
Cinnamon, chamomile, kava kava and the St. John's Wort are the most commonly used herbs in formulating herbal remedies. These are natural antidepressants. They help quitting smokers to cope up with the withdrawal symtpoms that may set in. Lobelia is Indian tobacco. It is a herb that resembles tobacco in the extreme, but is not addictive in the least. It can also create a dislike for the actual tobacco.
Herbal remedies are indeed the best way to stop smoking by public choice, and a main reason for that is that these remedies are harmless, and they are effective in people of all kinds of constitutions. Herbs are also effective in detoxifying the body. Today, herbal formulations like SmokeRX, which contain a careful and well-researched blend of the right herbs, are becoming very popular among smokers who want to quit the habit.
