2.Find time to be alone.

3.Feel grateful to everything that happens to you.

There is a story about a maid who was going to be interviewed by Einstein to work at his house. Since Einstein at the time was already very famous, the maid was very nervous. While she was waiting in the living room, Einstein's wife came down and said that he would be there in a few minutes. When she saw the maid's nervousness, she said to her " Don't worry, my husband will be nice to you. " The maid asked " How do you know?" " Because my husband is nice to everybody." She replied. Einstein was not only famous on his discovery. But he was also famous on his wisdoms and his happy lifestyle. This is one of the characters that worth modeling.
6.Do what you love.
One of the saddest things that happen to most people is that they have to work in the field that they don't like or hate. Seventy per cent of the people hate their jobs. Yet they do not want to change. The fear of uncertainty is greater than their desire of happiness. Normal people live on fear. This can be painful. Doing what you love will increase the quality of your life and your happiness.
