5. Look at your goals every day
There is a reason people who write their goals down reach them as oppose to those who keep them in their head. Writing your goals down allows you to look at them every day and strive to achieve them. Having them in your head gives you the chance to forget them or overlook them. Look at your goals every day to stay focused on the task at hand.
