Half the time it's only one of the spouses that want a divorce, so this leaves that other person thinking about what they could say or do to try to make the marriage last. If you have a lawyer and you have used them for years I would advise you to stick with that person, but if you don't then make sure when picking a lawyer they are there to help you and not just take your money. Do research on that lawyer if you're not sure about them because you want to make sure their going to be able to help you get everything that you are in titled to.
