Second ? check your email against one or more of the standard Spam checkers, like SpamAssassin. The test will tell you what, if anything, is flagging up spam warnings in the filter. We often find that a single word, or combination of words, is causing the problem. That's tricky when the one word is ?body? and it's a health newsletter, but a little imagination works wonders.
Third ? make sure your newsletter is built and configured in a way that doesn't trigger a spam alert automatically. It'll take a little research to do this, but it's well worth the effort if you have the time and the necessary expertise.
