Trapped In The Closet Chapter 15
Dr. Ibrahim Khalil
The Last verse in chapter (15) of the Old Testament says: "And the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Girgashites, and the Jebusites."
The Last verse in chapter (15) of the New Testament says: "And he sent away the multitude, and took ship, and came into the coasts of Magdala."
The Last verse in chapter (15) of the Noble Quran says: "Worship your lord till the certainty (death) comes to you (until there come unto thee the hour that is certain)."
========
Old Testament:
Chapter 15 in the Old Testament is Genesis (15); it is composed of 21 verses.
The Last verse is that number 21
It says:
Genesis 15:21 (King James Version)
21) And the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Girgashites, and the Jebusites.
The verse talks about nations other than the Jews.
========
New Testament
Chapter 15 in the New Testament is Matthew (15); it is composed of 39 verses.
The Last verse is that number 39
It says:
Matthew 15:39 (King James Version)
39) And he sent away the multitude, and took ship, and came into the coasts of Magdala.
Jesus sent away the multitude.
========
The Noble Quran:
Chapter 15 in the Noble Quran is AL-HIJR (AL-HIJR); it is composed of 99 verses.
The Last verse is that number 99
It says:
AL-HIJR 15:99
99) "Worship your lord till the certainty (death) comes to you (until there come unto thee the hour that is certain)."
The verse commands us to worship our Lord till the certainty comes to you.
Herein the certainty is the Death.
According to the Islamic teaching, man in this life is sleeping and when he dies he wakes up; because he will see and know for certain his fate either to hell or heaven according to his faith and work.
This means that one has to worship His Lord all the time because we do not know when the death comes!

Back to the main issue of my series of articles; this is my question to you smart readers: "Is the Quran quoted from the Bible?"
