Diabetic Diet Food Exchange
Robert P. Tracy
Diabetic treatment clearly includes smart daily Food choices.  A top question we hear is, “Give me a list of diabetic friendly foods that I SHOULD KEEP IN MY KITCHEN so I can easily make my own healthy meals."   This IS NOT the same question as “give me recipes."   This is from the diabetic who is being successful and looking to move the sugar and weight numbers down even further.  These people are at the heart of the success stories.
The Well-stocked “Longevity Kitchen" for Diabetics Might Look Like This
Let’s face it. There’s no such thing as the perfect “properly" stocked kitchen. What’s proper for one family will not necessarily be proper for another. Individual food preferences, family size, budgetary limitations, and many other factors will influence what ought to be in any kitchen. But just so that you can see what healthy foods a diabetic’s “longevity kitchen" might contain, we present the following lists of the BASICS that you can add to and build those outstanding healthy meals.
