If you are suffering with eczema or dry skin rash it is likely that your skin and body are not getting the very best nutrients available to heal your rash.

On awaking in the morning you should prepare a large glass of fruit and/or vegetable juice. The fruits and vegetables should be organic or home grown.
A popular combination is carrots and apples. Add a handful of green spinach or kale to the juicer or a tablespoon of spirulina.

For lunch you should prepare a large bowl of raw vegetables. You can choose from collards, lettuce, cabbage, spinach, watercress, kale, rocket, radicchio, fennel, carrots chard, turnips, parsnips, radishes, beetroot, celery, yams, sweet potatoes, cauliflower and swedes.
Choose six or seven of them for each meal. Add some pumpkin, sesame and sunflower seeds and dress with olive oil and lemon.

For dinner, again you should prepare some vegetables. You can steam or stir fry them this time and serve with brown rice.
