To reach One Foot Island, you need to fly via Air Rarotonga from Rarotonga to Aitutaki and then board your island boat for the trip to One Foot. Spend your days all alone basking in the sun, snorkeling, swimming in the crystal clear lagoon or just lazing in the hammock. There is a beach batch on the island called "One Foot Beach Hideaway" and sits on the edge of the lagoon on a beautiful white sandy beach. The batch has running water, modern shower and flush toilet. Lighting is by kerosene lamps and cooking by a gas oven top or BBQ. There is no electricity so remember to bring a flashlight and torch. You will also need to bring your own food which you can purchase on Rarotonga Island before you depart. You can also order additional supplies from the daily lagoon cruise boats.
