Kava Kava

Kava Kava is also a muscle relaxant and is mildly sedative. Kava Kava is used specifically for when you are feeling stress out, having tension and having difficulties in sleeping.

Hypericum perforatum or St. John's Wort is a similar kind of heab, pretty much like Kava Kava. This is a gentle sedative herb which also has a calming effect on the nervous system. Turnera diffusa or Damiana is a good nerve tonic which has decent restorative properties. Damiana can be used to treat specific conditions like mild depression and anxiety.
Scullcup
Scutellaria lateriflora or scullcup is a relaxing and gentle sedative for the body's central nervous system. It is very good for nervous tension and for nervous exhaustion plus neurological and neuromotor problems.
Verbena
Verbena officinalis or Verbena is a relaxing tonic that works on the nervous system tonic, that is use for treatment of stress and nervous exhaustion.
Passionflower
Passiflora incarnata or Passion flower a non-addictive sedative that helps to relax the body's nervous system. Passion flower is useful to treat for nervous disorders such as heart palpitations, anxiety, convulsions, epilepsy, insomnia, and stress.
Withania
Withaniasomnifera or Withania is also an ancient Hindu herb, most commonly called Ashwaghanda. It is a very good tonic herb that is especially helpful for debility, and nervous exhaustion due to stress.
