Good, our new resolution will be to start seeing our eyes as supremely important in our lives. Along with this we will begin to take care of our eyes in the same way we take care of other important body parts.
Just because other people are not doing it , does not mean that you should not do it and that we should not do it. You should in fact be exercising every single part of your body, from the top of your head, right down to your toes.
Your eyes are like the flashlight in the dark or lamp in the dark, without them you will be only in the dark. And with them functioning only half as well as they could you are at a sure disadvantage in this world.

Written to show you how special and valuable your eyes are. Now what do we do with things that are valuable? We cherish and take care of all the things in our life which are valuable.
Thinking from the perspective I am giving you today , does it make sense to you that man should wax his car more often than he does something to take care of his eyes? What about watching tv or surfing the net or watching movies trillions of hours more than man would spend doing atleast one thing to make their eyes stronger?
What would you do if you lost your car today? What about all access to watch any movies or televisions in the world? Now what would you do if you lost your eyes?
