Signs Of A Yeast Infection
Linda Allen
Does a diet that includes avocado help vaginal yeast infection patients to improve their medical status and get alleviation? The answer to this question is not so simple. Although no food in itself is considered to be a treatment against yeast infection, some vegetables including avocado are seen to be highly effective in securing the right environment in the intestines to help stop the aggravation of yeast infection of vagina.
In the western world 75 percent of all women will have to endure a vaginal infection at least once in their life, and some eight percent of women will suffer from chronic infections of this type. Vaginal candidiasis, or vaginal yeast infection, is a problem for millions of women in the world. Typically, vaginal candidiasis symptoms include redness or swelling of the vulva, burning and itching which may be intense in the vaginal area, and a discharge that is frequently thick and white and takes on the appearance of cottage cheese.
This situation comes about when the candida microbe, usually found in the human body, (typically in the intestine in small and non dangerous quantities), grows out of all proportion. When this happens, candida passes through damaged membranes in the gut wall to get into the blood, which then causes both systemic and local yeast infections (including the vagina).
The damage of the internal equilibrium that should keep candida in check is due to several internal and external factors. They include the deterioration of the acid -alkaline balance in both the intestinal and the blood circulatory system.
The "pH" level is the way to measure the balance of acid and alkali in the human body. Seven is defined as the neutral point of a pH that ranges between zero and fourteen. A number that is less than seven means more alkaline and a number that is higher than seven means more acid. Human blood is normally rated at 7.4 although it can vary between 7.35 and 7.45. Outside of this range severe health problems may occur. With too much acidity in the blood, disease is more likely to strike and the overgrowth of Canada will also be prevalent . This is because Canada multiplies much more in acid environments.
Stress and lack of sleep amongst other things in the western lifestyle, in combination with poor diet plans, increase the acidity of your internal environment. But by switching to a diet that is balanced with alkali, the proper acid and alkaline equilibrium can be recovered. This diet needs to observe two main principles: increased consumption of foods that form alkalis and moderate consumption of foods that form acids.
Avocado , apricots , figs , cabbage, carrots, spinach, almonds, asparagus and lettuce are examples of foods that form alkalis. Other foods in this list include, cucumber , lemon, potatoes , soybeans, tomatoes, grapefruit , etc. On the other hand meat, olives, fish, rice cheese, bread and eggs are all acid-forming foods. An important point is that foods in the second group are still to be eaten but to moderation combined with the right proportion of foods in the first alkali-forming group.
Bear in mind that as the yeast infection of the vagina is a complex phenomenon, brought on by numerous internal and external aspects, neither avocado nor any other nutrients can replace the treatment of candidiasis. Increasing alkaline foods in your diet is just the first but necessary step of a holistic and comprehensive yeast infection treatment of the vagina.
Were you aware that there is now a remedy which is all-natural and holistic and that can deal with and stop vaginal yeast infection forever? This treatment contains healthy diet planning and modifications in the lifestyle, reduction of stress, and the use of supplements that are herbal and homeopathic together with cleansing and detoxification. These unique anti-candida protocols can reverse and stop all kinds of candida infections (including vaginal infections) fast and in safety.
