The first sign of your wife possible cheating on you is less activities in the bedroom department. There is a big change in her routine. Certain things that she used to do on certain days, she no longer participates in and starts to make excuses as to why she's no longer interested in going. She may use a sudden change in her work schedule as an excuse. Coming home late or spending time away from home on weekends can be easily explained by working overtime. This is a red flag especially if it is unusual in her line of work.

Is she being secretive with her cell phone? It's usually easy to spot when someone starts acting suspicious when they receive a call. She may either whisper, walk away to talk, or speak very briefly and hang up. She will not want you to look at her phone, and will probably erase her texts, since that is a common and easy way to communicate with her lover.
