Symptoms Of High Blood Pressure
Jessica P
Because the symptoms of high blood pressure are few, prevention and screening are the way to go to protect your health. At every check up, your doctor should measure your blood pressure. You have to take it multiple times to know what your true average is. The average blood pressure is the measurement of your normal blood pressure.
Although many people suffer from this condition, they don't always experience or notice the symptoms of high blood pressure. Often, a person may experience high blood pressure symptoms but they can be confused with symptoms of another disorder or condition. However, people with high blood pressure will usually experience at least a few of the same symptoms at some point. Here's a list of the more common ones:
* Headache - This can be one of the main high blood pressure symptoms. * Vertigo * Irritability * Queasiness * Feeling Hot * Feeling faint
When left untreated, high blood pressure can cause serious problems such as organ damage. High blood pressure can lead to heart attack, aneurysms, eye damage, vision problems, and stroke-- and those are just a few examples. If you experience any of these symptoms of high blood pressure, it's important that you get a hold of your doctor at once. Controlling it could mean the difference between life or death. If high is something that runs in your family, you should have your blood pressure taken regularly. You need to watch for arising problems even if you've never experienced the symptoms.
You may also be able to help prevent problems and symptoms by eating a healthy diet, exercising, and avoiding alcohol and cigarettes. The key to staying happy and healthy is prevention. It is worth it to take the time to really take care of your body and your health.
