Some gurus have sad that the acquisition of knowledge is the new global power. It means certainly what you learned in school. But it is more than this, the life long learning, that is not access to everyone, it has become absolutely vital to continue success.

When you learn with your mistakes you empower your knowledge about your business and yourself. You enable your experience knowledge.
