You may wonder what causes panic attacks. If you are one of those unfortunate individuals who suffer from them you're mainly concerned about how to get rid of them. In order to find relief from panic effects it's important to understand what causes them and how to find permanent relief these unwelcome attacks.
You've heard about the “fight or flight” response. The rush of adrenaline you receive from a threat to your life is a necessary survival mechanism. Exercise
I know. Remaining on an exercise program is difficult because it's time consuming and downright unpleasant. From a personal point of view, I can definitely state I enjoy exercising.
You need all the help you can get in finding permanent relief from debilitating anxiety. The healthier your body is—the better you withstand stressful situations. I recommend exercising at least 4 days per week.
Proper Diet
What you put in your body determines how you feel physically. Certain types of food are known to increase stress in your system. If you're polluting your body with fast food during the day and junk food in the evening, you definitely won't respond to stressful situations very effectively.
Anyway, balance in life gives you the highest level of satisfaction. You experience optimum health by consuming the correct balance of fats, proteins and carbohydrates.
Here's what's wonderful. You don't have to sacrifice your eating pleasures. Pay attention to what your body tells you. It will guide you in the right direction.
Meditation
Most people meditate for the spiritual benefits. Did you know daily meditation offers many health benefits?

• Lowered levels of cortisol and lactate which reduces stress
• Reduced cholesterol levels
• Decreased blood pressure
Obviously, the above benefits go along way towards helping you reduce the frequency and severity of your unwanted attacks.
