* How many of you skip off your breakfast? This is the biggest damage you do to your health. On the other hand when it comes to take the main meal you overeat and that adds to your weight.
* Not eating timely and especially having dinner in the late hours at night affects your growth and weight.
* Once fat deposition begins within your body it becomes tough to heighten the rate of metabolism. Thus whatever you consume is not burned up properly and more and more fat accumulates in your body.
* Hunger of your eyes is very dangerous. The emotional stimulus compels you to feel the cravings for food. Even when you are really not hungry you start eating like anything.
* Hormonal problem and obesity passed down from one generation to the other is also a major cause.
* Changing diet frequently and allowing toxins to get into the cells through food is also a reason behind growing overweight.
Maintain a timetable
* What is the first thing you must do after getting up in the morning? It's not brushing up teeth but having a glass (measuring eight ounce) of filtered or distilled water. This will keep you pure from within and help you in releasing properly.
* Breakfast literally means breaking off the fasting session. Since for the whole night you haven't taken anything, thus the first meal of the day should be heavier one. Again this is the energy store for the whole day. Have plenty of organic food with fruits and vegetables like bananas, apples, tomatoes and carrots. Also include yogurt, honey, tuna and lamb. This will also refine your taste. Schedule your breakfast within one hour from your time of waking up.
* Drink eight to ten glasses of filtered and not tap water at regular interval of time. Your kidneys must be clean because they are the crucial areas to store down your fat.
* If you can't manage with a regular routine of exercises there is no problem. Start walking in breaks for half an hour at thrice a day. This will lift your energy level and help in burning up the calories with little effort. And have your supper by 6.30 p.m. in the evening. This will also prevent every indigestion problem.
