Private label rights products are products than you can obtain with which you can do anything you would like to do. You can sell them on your website, you can give them away as gifts for subscribing to your list, you can offer them as bonuses for purchasing someone elses product through your affiliate link, you can put your name on them, you can change them in any way you like, you can do whatever you would like.
Basically they are products that someone else has created that you have the privilege of calling your own and adapting it to add something that you think might be missing. Private label rights is a great way of obtaining content for your website, or for finding bonuses for products or subscribing to your newsletter (which if you don't have, you really should).
What Are The Uses of PLR?
What are some uses for Private Label Rights Products? Well, you could use them to create a webpage if you'd like, using the PLR for content on your webpage. You could use it to create Web 2.0 pages such as Squidoo or Hubpages, or similar services. You could use them for blog posts, since many people find it difficult to find content for their blogs. You could use them as guest posts on other people's blogs (if they allow it) or for comments, as long as they are not too long. You can use them for forum posts that are in your niche. You could use them to set up an autoresponder series if you are stuck for ideas on what to put in your autoresponder messages.
You could submit your PLR content to article directories, although many require unique content so you will either have to make it unique (which I will discuss in the next post) or you have to find the article directories that allow you to submit private label rights content. You can offer your PLR content as a bonus for subscribing to your newsletter or your list, or as a bonus for purchasing someone else's product through your affiliate link. You can compile all of your related PLR content into an ebook that you could either give away or even sell as your first product. You can use them to put content on sites that you put up in niches you know nothing about. You can use them for ?bum marketing?. You could even just use them as ideas to get those creative juices flowing.
If you would like to step it up a notch, you can use PLR for an offline monthly newsletter, so a newsletter that you actually mail to people. People like to have a physical product, they view it as more valuable, and giving them physical products also creates trust and they feel a sense of loyalty to you. Another thing you could do is create audio reports or even podcasts using your private label rights content. Just read it out loud and record it and you now have an audio!
These are just some ideas for uses for PLR content. I'm sure you can think of more ways, and even ways to step those up a notch. I encourage you to do so, as it will help you to establish a presence in your niche if you can come up with something unique for your own business.
