Ray-Ban continue to steal the limelight in the sunglasses world. Their retro frames remind us of a simpler, more innocent time, and seem to flatter every face shape. Plenty of other manufacturers are following their lead, some at greatly reduced prices. For a basic introduction to Ray-Ban retro, go for a pair of Wayfarer or Wayfarer-esque frames in a subtle tortoiseshell. Feeling bold? Pick a similar frame but go for a white or a metallic color such as gold.
#3 Trendy clothing accessories: In prints -- geometry and colors
When it comes to prints, 2009 is all about geometric patterns and big, bold colors. Don't be afraid to rock out your frocks and dresses with solid colors, from bright primaries to pinks and pastels.

The hot silhouette for 2009 is definitely boxy, so don't throw away those shoulder pads just yet! What better way to accessorize a boldly colored or patterned dress or top than with some chunky jewelry? We love the chunky look in bangles and necklaces. It looks great and is usually really affordable to put together as well! So how chunky should you go? The chunkier the better! We're yet to see a bangle or necklace that was just too chunky.
