Crying is a physiological process in the life of a normal baby. All to communicate with others.Sine they can not express their feelings in words crying is the only way for communication. If an uncomfortable feeling she just cry.Normally babies cry in situations like hunger, wetting also heat or cold, tight cloaths, pain ect. Some children need the presence of someone else will cry simply.Crying without any cause in some normal babies. Although crying is considered normal can reassure the family members.Since the reasons for crying ranges from simple causes of serious causes that should not be ignored and therefore exact cause must be identified and managed.

Here are some points that should be considered while examining a baby crying.

1, it is dangerous to shake the baby.

10, Try a pacifier or help her thumb sucking.

11, If no reply modify its position.

12, Walk outdoors with her.

13, Put her on the cradle and rock gently.

14, If there is no response to demands anyone the baby.

Even after all these steps the baby is crying see the following symptoms.

1, gently press her belly, she can resist or turn you: --- Colic

2, Pull her ear gently they may become worse or push your hands away: --- Earache.

3, Feel her temperature with the back of your hands: - fever caused by an infection.

4 Research of the skin from head to toe: - eruptive disease, diaper rash, measles, vesicles, allergy ect.

5 See the nose for any discharge: - Coryza.

6, move the head gently to feel any neck stiffness: - Meningitis, head injury ect.

7, hold your ear close to her chest to hear any rattling sound: - More mucus in the wind pipes.

(pneumonia, bronchiolitis, bronchitis asthamatic ect)

8, Examination of the anal opening: - Anal erosion, rectal polyp, crawling worms.

9, Examination of the genitals: - Any discharge or erosion.

10, to male baby see the testicles that can be swollen or tender: - Orchitis, torsion of the testes.

11, also notice movements of the body and look for any convulsions, chills, vomiting, coughing, difficulty breathing ect.
