Have you ever noticed the aging process up close? There are some people who seem to remain forever young, and others have wrinkles coming out of high school. Why does the process vary so much? In this article we will review the reasons based on an individual who is suffering from early displays of aging. We will call the subject Jennifer.
Jennifer grew up in a household where both parents were smokers. The chemicals from smoking took their toll on her energy and skin. By high school she was already looking a few years older in the face. This would be bad enough, but she has also had lots of exposure to unhealthily prepared foods and it has given her ailments in her skin. She suffers from a lack of exercise and on top of all this; she has begun to go to tanning beds. Her skin is becoming damaged.
As Jennifer wraps up her high school career she is really starting to notice the problems that she is having. She looks slender and her skin is tan, but she isn't physically fit and definitely not healthy. Her skin looks sick and she has to use lots of cover-up to hide damage. She is about to turn over a new leaf.
Just out of high school she has escaped from the second hand smoke of her home. She is becoming more aware of the importance of healthy living and is attempting to help her skin to regain life and energy. The chemically produced products that she has been using are good to hide and cover the sick look of her skin, but she is looking for something more. She wants to have the natural healthy look in her face and skin.
She discovered some organic skincare products that have helped her to develop a fresh healthy feeling and give her a confidence in herself. She started to exercise daily and her pores began to clean themselves out. She chose to consume less oily foods and less sugar. She cut the carbonated drinks out of her diet and turned to water and natural juices. All of these things together made a great change in her appearance. As she exercised she tried to expose herself to natural sunlight as often as she could in moderation to keep good color in her skin without damaging it.
The combination of all these things allowed Jennifer to regain the natural feeling of having a healthy body and healthy skin. Using natural products and natural practices will do wonders for your skin as well.
