Located in the midst of Felwood are numerous groupings of Angerclaw Maulers. These mobs are known for their quick respawns, usually starting to respawn as soon as you have finished killing the last one in any given area. There is limited downtime, meaning maximum gold.

You should put every green item in the AH, if you are not an enchanter. The full amount is not paid by the vendors for the value it has.
