It's a good idea to approach women when you're looking and feeling great. Things will be easier when you have enough "good" sleep. So that's sleeping without alcohol, drugs, or anything else that could reduce quality sleep.
Think about it. When you sleep well, you do well. You'll look better and your mind will work more efficiently. It's also a normal, healthy habit.
Fall in Love With Yourself
That might sound kind of crazy, but most guys don't have much self love. Actually, there's a lot of hate or not enough respect for themselves.
The more that you respect yourself, the more that you'll realize that a woman is just a human being. While she may look beautiful, she may have many faults as well. No woman should be put on a pedestal.
Building Up Yourself
