* After you killed 6 talk to the Unrestrained Dragonhawk on the ship and fly back to shore.

* Obtain and turn in at 50,40 at the Isle of Quel'Danas from Smith Hauthaa.
* Go to approximately 66,42 in Shadoemoon Valley and kill Fel Orcs until you have 5 Ata'mal Armaments quest items.
* Go back to the Isle of Quel'Danas.
* Use the Ata'mal Armaments on Smith Hauthaa's anvil on the Isle of Quel'Danas.
* Pays 18g28s and either a Blessed Weapon Coating or a Righteous Weapon Coating.

Pretty simple, try to do Magister's Terrace as much as you can as possible. Make sure, if you go into the Magister's Terrace that you have the instance's quests. Magister's Terrace is a great source for Shattered Sun rep.
