- one of the most used and supposedly best home remedy against chicken pox is brown vinegar; it is used to relieve you from the irritation of your skin that is characteristic to chicken pox; when having a warm bath, poor half a cup of this brown vinegar and you will be amazed by the results;
- oatmeal is another remedy that guarantees the relieving of the itch caused by chicken pox; you must boil two cups filled with oatmeal in water, about two liters no more than 15 minutes, then put it in a bag, which is sealed very well, to prevent any leaking and put it in your bath tub; this will be a very pleasant bath with lots of benefits;
- another trick that you might find very useful in relieving the itching caused by chicken pox is pea water; all you have to do is boil some green peas and then used the mixture all over your body; it is quite easy and can give great results if suffering from chicken pox;
- believe it or not, honey is another great remedy for chicken pox; smear honey on your blisters and you will help you recover from chicken pox sooner than expected;
- baking soda is the most used and at hand remedy against chicken pox; poor some baking soda into a glass of water and use the mixture to sponge all the parts that are affected by the chicken pox rash; after it dries off, it will give you a very refreshing sensation and will also prevent any eruptions of the chicken pox blisters;
- drinking herbal tea has also been found to be beneficial in your chicken pox case; you can boil any herbs that you want, add lemon and honey and drink this tea several times every day;
