A disgusting crime that shocked the Austrian society and the civilized world. An Austrian Josef Fritzl, raped and imprisoned his daughter , Elisabeth. He has seven children from his daughter. He imprisoned them in a windowless basement. And he was the main cause of killing his infant. Because he refused to get a medical help for the child .He threaten his daughter and the kids by gas if they disobey his orders. All this continuous torture lasted for twenty four years. The mother and the kids never see the sun light. And His wife Rosemarie, said that she has no idea of all this. She has been told by her husband that Elisabeth joined a religious cult and fled away.

Josef Fritzl was an electrical engineer .He owned many properties which he rented after his retirement. Josef has a bad history. He was accused of and imprisoned for rape. He said during his trial, that he was created for rape. As if it is his destiny to do these sinful crimes. He begins to assault his daughter when she was eleven years old.

So his black history plays an effective role for his last crime. But this rape isn't a mere rape. He didn't rape a strange woman. He raped his own daughter. What is the great cause which make a seventy three man do this crime. He was well educated and has a sufficient wealth. So why he did such a abnormal crime. The answer is in his miserable childhood.

He lived in the time which was after the Nazi era. And this time was known for certain ways of torture . Fritzl uses these ways with his daughter such as the imprisonment of his daughter in the basement and his use of gas as a threat to his daughters and his kids. His mother was a severe character. He said during his confession, that his mother never hugged him. She beat him until he was in a pool of blood. So he actually suffers from a psychological disorder.

Incest is not a new invention . In the primitive societies ,incest was practiced by the approval of the society itself. For instance, in the Indian society the old brother was encouraged to sleep with his young sister. The sexual abuse of children and women is not a new invention. But the strange thing that these sinful crimes are ambivalent to the structures of the civilized societies. The incest was done in the earlier ages because the world was so small in numbers. But with the passage of time, it was abolished by the laws of the modern society.

The dangerous thing that this incest can be done with the approval of the two persons. This process is called a consensual incest. Many novels handled this issue like ,Tis Pity she's a whore by John Ford ,The cement Garden by Mc Ewans and the film Close my Eyes by Steven Poliakoff .

And the German ,Patrick and Susan a brother and a sister who have a sexual intercourse .They put into a prison according to the law of incest. They claim that they run a successful relationship despite the regular marriage. But is this a healthy marriage . Are they love each other. Or this consensual incest happened due to deformed childhood. Susan and Patrick do not grow up with each other. They suffer from sentimental deprivation . And Patrick was older than Susan. So it is relation between the adult and a teenager. It is a relation between the weak and the strong.

Most cases of incest happened because of the two partner suffer form psychological need. They are afraid from rejection by the strangers which are not with same blood. The recent image of marriage portrayed as a failure nightmare, which brought children with mental disorders. However the offspring of the incest suffer from genetic disabilities. But this not enough to forbid the incest according to the modern viewpoint . They claim if we forbid the consensual incest form the point of view of the eugenicist , so we should not let all the deformed kids come to life. But they forget the psychological factor. Those people who commit the consensual incest suffers form psychological diseases ,which make them bad fathers and mothers. The psychological history of any person affects all his life. And this psychological factor is the main cause of rape and consensual incest.

Freud in his studies refers that some causes of Hysteria are due to the sexual desires from the kid towards his parents or vice versa. But these desires will not come to the real world. It exist in the unconscious part of the person. The modern therapists advise their patients to make a sexual intercourse with their parents. This sexual intercourse is the cure for these patients. Instead of, finding or discovering a treatment for these patients, therapists encouraging a consensual incest. Neverless, deforming the relationship between the members of the family. No matter corrupting or destructing the family. Some studies shows that women who practiced consensual incest or exposed to sexual abuse show a defect in the areas of sociability, socialization, social presence, self-acceptance, communality, and psychological mindedness. These woman practiced consensual incest with their fathers or stepfathers.

The father should be the protector of the family not the husband of his own daughter. These are the patterns which are approved by the civilized society. Family is the core of civilization .The destruction of this family will take with it all the civilization. To normalize the abnormal matters is to let barbarism be the whole commander of the civilized world .

Unfortunately , the increasing numbers of organizations for protection childhood and feminism do not prevent the enslavement and sexual abuse of women and kids.

The main cause of these crimes is the spreading of the psychological diseases, Which become the trait of the modern society. The modern society become home of perverted persons. And the victims are the recent generation, which pay the price of their fathers' faults.

The irresponsible freedom will let the door open for erotic desires and bizarre acts. Freedom which was the fruit and the doctrine of the civilization will be rotten from itself.
