Get all essential vitamins and mineral everyday
Your body will require many nutrients. You must eat a balanced diet to absorb all the essential vitamins and nutrients. Sometimes it is hard to get enough by diet alone. You must include daily or multivitamin as a part of your diet. will fill in the gap of any nutrients that your diet misses out. The will supply all the important nutrients that your body requires during pregnancy. is very important. You must take this very seriously. make sure that you and your baby are getting the right amount of important nutrients.
Avoid gaining excessive weight
Women who gain more weight during pregnancy have an elevated risk of obesity. Check with your doctor if you are worried about your weight gain.. Excessive weight gain can lead to complications when giving birth.
Get enough sleep
It is important for you to get enough rest. You can do that by getting enough sleep. You must try to sleep seven to nine hours every night. Try to get in a habit of sleeping on your side. Lying on your side with your knee bent will be the most comfortable position and will help you get a good night's sleep..

High temperatures can be unsafe for the fetus. It also can make you feel faint. You must keep a moderate body temperature during pregnancy, especially during the first trimester.

Pregnant women should stay away from kitty litter. Toxoplasmosis is a disease that can be caught from infected from cat feces. It can lead to miscarriage, birth defects and still birth.
Avoid alcohol and drugs
Smoking and drinking alcohol is a well-known danger for both the mother and baby. Even secondhand smoking is dangerous. Exposure to smoke can cause impulsive abortion, low-weight full-term babies, pre-term births and fetal or infant deaths.
Avoid Caffeine
Try to restrict the consumption of caffeine during pregnancy. Caffeine increases the possibility of miscarriage and low birth weight.
Avoid excessive exercise
Exercise is good during pregnancy, but you should do it in moderation.. High impact exercise or weight lifting should be avoided. If you must exercise then, walking is very good for you and the baby.
