To understand this you must first have a basic concept of how wealth is created. Wealth isn't something you your are born with. It is something that anyone can do if they pull together the proper elements. It has four common elements:

Wealth is made by:

- finding a product or service that masses of people want

or need

- earning repeat business from it

- choosing that product or service by studying trends

- employing others so you get more work done

- employ and train others effectively

Network marketing is the only business model that includes all these elements as a natural part of its structure. Even Warren Buffet owns a MLM company.

To succeed, you need a gigantic growing market. Your product must be stand alone and convenient to create repeating commissons and sales. It is important that the timing is good and follows large trends. Your product must be at the head of a trend not at the finish line.

Of course if you have all of this you need a framework that creates income to you AND your full staff. The biggest problem with the standard corporate business model is, as an employee of this style business, you have little to no chance of gaining the same as the CEO. Under network marketing, everyone has the same amount to gain. Therefore, you probably will find people that will produce same as you and feel like they are gaining the same as you. It is to everyone's benefit for you to train your organization to achieve the same as you.

Finally, developing multiple ways to gain access to the MLM businesses at the lead of market trends, allows you to construct a company where you can create employees that you can educate and then all can leverage from each other for your wealth building. These models are all recession resistant because they will create repeat business for years to come.

Finally, all of this should tell you that nobody succeeds without help. You need to be educated and you will train your organization.

Stop going at it all alone. You need help. Now that help is immediately at hand. Choose a coach or coaching system of like thinkers that you are comfortable with. Don't rely on commission sales alone. Products come and go, and so do commissions. Find the leading edge business with a true MLM sturcture. Be on a team, and watch your business grow.
