A Real Chance Of Love
Mark John
Arthritis is a description of not one, but many similar diseases, these diseases also known as musculoskeletal, are all regarded as arthritis as they effect the joint and the surrounding tissue & tendons. All of these arthritic conditions, although linked by a common factor, do have an underlying cause. This debilitating condition has grown into a major health issue, which crosses all social groups and sexes
Over 50% of people nearing retirement age are thought to be effected in some way by arthritis. Arthritis or musculoskeletal disease effects a very large proportion of adults, especially those living in industrialised nations. Studies indicate that almost three quarters of all people over the age of seventy will develop symptoms of arthritis at some point, although less common arthritis can be apparent in children (Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis).
Rheumatoid arthritis is the autoimmune version of arthritis and is unfortunately classed as a chronic condition. Having RA in the long term. one may experience changes in symptoms, with long and short periods of remission being common.
The term autoimmune describes a condition which causes one's own immune system to mistakenly attack bodily tissues. In the case of RA this metabolic condition is known to attack and inflame the joint lining referred to as the synovium, Inflammation of the synovium causes extreme pain and swelling.
Rheumatoid Arthritis Symptoms.
The symptoms normally associated with RA, are excruciating pain, inflammation, impaired mobility of the effected joint, in time and depending on the severity of the condition, one might experience bone damage, and deformation.
Symmetrical Attack of Rheumatoid arthritis.
RA is not often restricted to just one joint, many arthritics will often find themselves symmetrically effected, such as in both hands, or perhaps in both knees, rheumatoid arthritis has the ability to travel throughout one's body and is not limited to attacking only joints.
How You Can Self Treat Your Own Rheumatoid arthritis!
Rheumatoid arthritis is the symptom of an underlying disease, normal modern medical practice is to offer only symptomatic drug relief, which in my opinion can only lead to an eventual worsening of one's condition, mainly due to the toxicity content.
As rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune diseases it needs to be treated as so, To successfully treat ones own RA, the following elements must be addressed.
* The toxins (many left by drug therapies) must be expelled from one's body.
* Bacterial and fungal issues located in the gut must be tackled.
* Clean and flush the kidneys.
* Remove all arthritis triggers (known & unknown).
* Keep RA inflammation under control, without using drugs.
* Expel heavy metal from the body.
* Any excess uric acid must be dispelled.
* Address the problem of damaged tissue and bone.
* Free radicals must be brought under control.
* The body's immune system must be returned to a normal healthy level.
* Restore a healthy digestive system.
* Bring body weight in line with its BMI.
* Loosen and lubricate the joints.
This may sound difficult, how on earth could any medication tackle all of these issues ?, well the truth is, modern drug therapies fall short at tackling any of these problems effectively. In my experience, natural alternatives and simple life changes have proven to be far more effective in the treatment of RA.
Natural practices do work and have been proven to reduce pain, inflammation, and stiffness with dramatic & safe results, an alternative practice could be the answer to one's RA, and shouldn't be discounted. Sometimes the simplest option might just be the best.
